I, Sergiy I. Shatilov, was born August 30, 1953 in the town of Chupino, the Althay Territory, Russia, at the family of physicians. In 1970 graduated from a secondary school at the settlement of Gornye Klyuchi, Primorsk Territory. In 1978 graduated the Therapy Department of Khabarovsk State Medical Institute.

I, Alexander I. Verba, was born in May 1946 in the family of a militaryman at the Donbass Region.
In 1964 I graduated from a secondary school in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy and at the same year entered Vladivostok Medical Institute. In 1968 I was transferred to the 4th Course of the Odessa Medical Institute from which I graduated in 1971.

From 1978 till 1979, I was an intern-therapist at the No. 10 Khabarovsk Municipal Hospital. From 1979 till 1982 I was employed with the Inter-Regional Toxicological Centre on the base of No. 10 Khabarovsk Municipal Hospital. In 1981 I obtained the primary specialization in clinical toxicology in Kiev City, Ukraine.
During March - May 1982 I worked as a toxicologist-physician at the Khabarovsk First Aid Station. From May 1982 till August 1992 I worked as a toxicologist-physician in Reanimation & Anaesthesiology Department of Transport Clinical Hospital in Khabarovsk where I founded the Extracorporal Detoxication sub-Department which in 1986 was separated as a specialized branch of the clinic.
Since August 1992 till current period I am employed with the Danube Basin Hospital on the Water Transport as a toxicologist phisician and since 1993 I was promoted as a head of Detoxication Department with which I am employed till present time. In 1991 I was assigned the high qualification category. I compose medical practice with scientific research. I am an author of a number of scientific articles, rationalizatory propositions and inventions, such as:
1997 - Ukrainian License № 93007661 dated Nov. 10, 1995 "Methodics of Treatment for Patients with Intoxications".
1998 - Ukrainian License № 95040481 dated Apr. 03,1995 "Cuvette for Blood Irradiation".
2001 - License of Russian Federation for Invention № 2166971 dated May 20, 2001 "Cuvette for Liquid Irradiation (Modifications)".
2002 Ukrainian License for Invention № 46956А dated June 17, 2002 " Treatment of Patients Intoxicated with Black Widow Spider Bites".
In 1995 I introduced the computerized prophylactical medical examination within the headed Department. In 2004 I installed local computerized network for headed Department. I am the Member of Ukrainian Toxicologists Society and a Member of Moscow Hemophoresis Society.

After having undergone the intern-surgeon practice I was appointed as a Surgeon-Physician in Izmail Municipal Hospital.
In 1974 I was appointed for employment with the Danube Basin Hospital where I work till the present day.
From 1974 till June 1978 I worked as a surgeon, then as a Deputy Head of the Clinic and since 1978 I work as a Chief Physician.
Periodically I was employed as a part-time surgeon at the infant department, as a legal medicine expert, traumatologist physician, urgent surgeon, and Head of the Municipal Health Department.
From 1981 till 1998 - I has been elected as a Deputy of Izmail Magistrate and appointed as a Chairman of Permanent Commission for Health Protection and Social Protection. From 1998 till the present time I am the Deputy of Odessa Region Council of People Deputies and I am also a member of Permanent Commission for Health Protection and Social Protection.
During August 1986 I took part in emergency response for Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident.
From 1998 I am the Member of editorial Board of the magazine "Marine Medicine Herald" issued by Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and a member of editorial board of the magazine "Ostheology Problems" issued by Academy of sciences of Ukraine.
Since December 1999 I am a HEad of the Danube Branch of Ukrainian scientific and Medical Centre for Ostheoporosis. I am applicant for scientific degree of a Candidate of Medical Sciences. I am an author of 18 scientific articles published in "Marine Medicine Herald", "Bulletin of Ukrainian Neuro-Surgeons Association" and "Ostheology Problems" magazines.
I am the co-author and co-owner of the Ukrainian License on Invention № 46956А dated June 17, 2002 "Method of Treatment of Patients Intoxicated by Black Widow Bites".
